Yes, this isn't a fanfic. It's a cartoon. And also the Daleks learned to fly. So the cartoon doesn't even make all that much sense anymore (note wheels). But it's still my favourite unofficial "fan picture". I like anything that turns the Daleks from the menacing tank-like creatures they are (they're fucking tanks, don't deny it), into just... adorable pepper-pots on wheels. With toilet plungers for hands. And cute little beanstalk eyes.

One name I use on anime/hentai forums is Andy 117. The other is Nyandy. Like "Andy," but with a "nyan". I do, of course, blame K-On! for that name. "Azunyan" turned to "Azunyandy" turned to "Nyandy". It's an adorable otaku name isn't it. It conveys cuteness. I like to be cute on the intene- ...oh. Hello, non-otaku readers. Did I freak you out just now? Let's move quickly on. *ahem*
Video Game Challenge, Day 16
Game with the best cutscenes.
The gameplay in Final Fantasy XIII is... well it's not terrible. It's not all that engaging (to me, anyway), and my opinion on other factors of the game have been made well clear, often to the point that article titles are emitted. But... and I do have to give Square Enix props for this... the cutscenes are amazing. Even with the Jason Bourne-esque shaky-cam effects, the pre-rendered stuff is... jaw-droppingly gorgeous. And the characters actually look like humans. They honestly never dip into the uncanny valley. So Final Fantasy XIII, that's your legacy. Well-earned, I suppose. The gamers of tomorrow will remember Final Fantasy XIII as "that game with the awesome cutscenes." Excuse me, I think I threw up a little in my mouth just now.
Tune in tomorrow for more of whatever tickles my fancy, my favourite cosplayer, and my favourite videogame antagonist. Sweet.
