There will be delays in Comix, Inc. #3. I'll probably have to wait well until exams and stuff are finished before I can get properly into the swing of things, so I've pretty much been brainstorming different projects. One of these projects was a quick, collaborative comic titled Andrew Deavin presents Pop Culture, a series which is more or less just me and my insane ramblings on... well, pop culture.
For example, in one scene, George Lucas (after being ransacked by thugs and told that "no one really cares about Star Wars") decides to start afresh and writes the greatest movie of modern times, but doesn't get box office success due to fans of Star Wars rejecting his ideas, and thus "he was doomed from the start anyway." Kind of funny, more of a sad truth that George Lucas will never be able to redeem himself for Star Wars III and Indiana Jones IV.
I will attempt to get the script started for Comix, Inc. #4 (scripts are painfully easy), because the idea has been circling my brain like a dead fish in a clotheswasher for some time. I just have to make sure it works on paper before I start to put it into words 'n' pictures. Wow, long post. See y'all later.
